Program Cost

Below are the cost breakdowns for the different Riza Phases. If you have any question concerning payments, please contact us.

Program Breakdown

The non-refundable application fee of $35
The cost of Phase 1 is $2,750 which includes room and board, curriculum, and all program expenses
Phase 2 is not covered by your tuition and will cost travel to and from home and ordinary “at home” living expenses. *If you are traveling internationally, phase 2 will be designed in such a way to keep the cost the same as it would be for a participant from the states.
Phase 3 will range in cost from $1,000-$2,500 depending on the cross-cultural trip the student chooses

*Note: Checks made payable to RIZA. Name of student/ staff can't be written on check, but you can include a note with the check of who/what you'd like it designated towards.

Students are responsible for arranging and paying for their transportation to and from the program, and will need to be able to show up by the appropriate start dates (including transportation home for the Phase 2 holiday break and return trip for the start of Phase 3).
The cross cultural trip will be paid for separate from the tuition and based on the actual cost of the experience they choose (those experiences are yet to be determined).
Scholarships may be available depending on fundraising results and determination of need.

Students are encouraged to fundraise for their tuition and expenses.
Tuition is due by August 15th, but, payment plans will be considered.
Students are required to bring a valid passport with them for the start of Phase 1.
In order to keep tuition rates affordable we are counting on raising funds to make up the difference.
The staff team is raising support in order to give maximum time and energy to invest in Riza students. Donations are appreciated.
